Russ Sharples will be leading a scenic drive to the Cars and Motorcycles of England show (CMOE) at Hope Lodge, Fort Washington, PA. After the show we will stop for an early dinner/late lunch at MaGerk‘s Pub just down the street. CMOE is Hosted by Delaware Valley Triumphs and Delaware Valley Jaguars and is two shows in one: a judged, all-marque British car show and a Jaguar Clubs of North America (JCNA)-sanctioned concours.
Hermitage National Historic Landmark
Held at The Hermitage museum, 335 Franklin Turnpike, Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Hosted by New Jersey Triumph Association. $20 registration in advance at NJTA website. Drive to show organized by Ron Stucker, taz178@aol.com
Held at historic Smithville, NJ, 10 AM – 2 PM. Hosted by the British Motor Club of Southern New Jersey, Historic Smithville is a wonderful venue with plenty to see and good places to eat. This is a great opportunity to again bring PEDC and BMCSNJ together, see some different cars, make new friends and revisit old ones. Over 30 cars in 2025 with many PEDC members attending. No pre-registration; day-of-show entrance fee is a suggested $5-10 donation to Samaritan‘s Healthcare and Hospice Services. Hope to see you there! Rain date Sunday June 7. Hosted by Rich and Denise Dalfonzo. We will meet at Woody’s at 11:00 A.M. and leave at 11:15 A.M. for a drive of about 20 minutes. MacLearie Park is located on the beautiful Shark River just south of the Marina Grill on Route 35S in Belmar. The park has everything we need for a beautiful lunch except, perhaps, a comfortable lawn chair and a light jacket. It is of zero cost. Just bring your food and drink and enjoy the company of the PEDC members. The event is a fair weather gathering only. There are plenty of parking spots and even a playground if you want to bring your grands.
