Engine is not seized but has not been started in 8 years. Four speed transmission without overdrive. Body has surface rust and chipped paint but is in relatively good condition. Wire wheels were recently painted and have new tubes and tires. This is not a project car as the title is not clean but is great for someone looking to use body parts, engine, transmission, etc. to rebuild existing car. See pictures for all that is included.
